Subject has full legal custody of POI Regina DeWitt, daughter, despite lengthy arrest record for petty crimes. No arrests since 2005. Parental custody was waived by former spouse. Current resident of 13131 Vineyard Way. Subject has been employed by Build Orleans (commercial contracting) since 1999. No history of violence noted. Observation suggests a close friendship with NOPD Sheriff Vincent Davis, thus making Davis a POI. |

Codename: Draconis bayliensis Threat Level: Extreme Created in 2010, Draconis is an aggressive apex predator. Only one specimen currently exists, held in stasis in New Orleans, LA, United States. Subject lacks empathy and critical thinking abilities, leading to frequent attacks. Research suggests little intelligence and minimal sentience. Subject is currently in cryostasis until advanced subjugation techniques are developed. Multiple D-class personnel lost upon interaction attempts. Approach with extreme caution. Requests for termination frequently ignored. |
SCP 80007
Codename: Lupis lunactis Threat Level: Moderate SCP 80007 is extremely intelligent. Subject was result of attempts to engineer a vaccine for H1N2 in 2004. Local legends suggests origination titled Shunka Warak'in, though similarities are purely coincidental. Unlike all other subjects of Project Saint, particularly Draconis, Lupis does not display malicious intent and has a demonstrative capacity for empathy and is considered wholly sentient. Despite Subject's non-aggressive nature, it is still extraordinarily dangerous when provoked. Subject escaped containment in 2005 during Project Saint's evacuation procedures following Hurricane Katrina. Whereabouts are currently unknown. |
